Maybelline Superstay Matte Ink a long lasting lipstick ? that no matter what you eat the lipstick still stays?. Am I the only one who gets annoyed when wearing lip product for few hours, it looks messy and the lip products is gone and you need to retouch? Again, Maybelline always surprise us with their new lip products which has a tons range of colors from nudes, pinks, reds and mauve name it! they have it.

Maybelline Superstay Matte Ink Packaging

The packaging itself is so elegant and doesn't look cheap for a drug store product, you can also  identify the shade of the liquid lipstick by its packaging. The container has matte finish which I think is a brilliant idea because the product is a matte liquid lipstick.

Don't get me wrong, the applicator of the liquid is a little bit different from other liquid lipstick applicator that I have seen so far. The applicator kinda look like a female genital :) or maybe a female lips. A bit different but looks cool.

Finish and Formula

When it come to the formula of the matte liquid lipstick, it has creamy soft consistency with nice fragrance. You may feel a bit of stickiness while applying the product but when it completely dries it is definitely a matte finish. The matte liquid lipstick is very pigmented and buildable but with just single application it is really pigmented.

Maybelline Superstay Matte Ink Wear Test

I was really impressed on how this product has performed, even after eating and drinking I didn't even noticed any transfer on the glass and even wiping my lips after eating it's not coming off. It really performs like a high-end brand. I think you can wear it more than 16 hours  which can be more than they claim. It is a long lasting matte liquid lipstick a great deal for a drug store brand.

My Best Shades

My favourite shades are seductress, voyager and founder, these colours are not too intimidating specially with the shade voyager and founder. If you want to wear a shade within  the family of pink and red. If you want a to wear in the shade range of nudes you can choose seductress. Those are my personal favourites which I can wear everyday.
