Secret Key Starting Treatment Rose Ampoule Review

 

 

The Secret Key Starting Treatment Rose Ampoule is one of first ever products I've tried from the brand Secret Key. This ampoule is considered as Secret Key's best selling product in the Korean beauty industry. The brand has different kinds of skincare and makeup, high quality products with formulations that combine the best of nature.

 

So, this product is from a PR Package and was sent to me by YesStyle from their K-Beauty Box. They sent me two products from Secret Key, one from COSRX and one from Dear Klairs.

 

Packaging

The Secret Key Starting Treatment Rose Ampoule is in a 50 ml transparent matte glass container with a dropper. Shelf life would last for 12 months upon opening and at the box where you can find the product descriptions, ingredients, directions in Korean with English translations.

 

Ingredients 

This ampoule contains "Galactomyces", a fungus that is used as a moisturizing agent, refines the texture of the skin and has an anti-oxidant effect. It also contains "Rose Water" which has an anti-inflammatory agent properties that helps to reduce the redness of skin, prevents acne, it is also a great cleanser for removing the excess oils and dirt of the face.

 

Formula, Application & Finish

Since, the Secret Key Starting Treatment Rose is an ampoule, this has a higher concentration of serum. So, it means that it is thicker consistency of a serum and this ampoule also has a very mild rose scent to it. 

Like, I always do to any skincare I applied on  my face, I used to apply it to my palm first, then gently rub it and apply it evenly to my face. While most of the people used to drop the serum directly on their face, I think we have our own preference on how to apply skincare, it's just I like to warm up the ampoule a bit before applying it to my face.

The Secret Key Starting Treatment Rose gives me a hydrated, smooth, healthy and satiny finish skin.

Rating & Recommendation

I would rate this product 5 out of 5 for it's skincare benefits. For people like me, who has oily skin this ampoule is well suited for me, as it's  contains rose water that has a lot of  skincare benefits.
